NHADA WCT Loss Prevention has created a brief training video with best practices for defensive driving with a specific emphasis on safe vehicle operation in the retail automotive industry. Automotive businesses are busy places with significant amounts of traffic and driving exposure. This activity presents hazards to drivers, pedestrians, and property. In fact, it’s the number one cited employee safety concern at NHADA member safety committees. Motor vehicle accidents are violent events that can result in serious injury and death. With this in mind, we created a video with many ways to improve driver safety at dealerships.
