W ell, we can’t offer you a million dollars, but how does $25,000 sound? NHADA is holding its annual BIG Raffle! While the big winners are the students who will be awarded scholarships through the NHADA Foundation (and we awarded $85,000 for this school year!), one lucky person will be awarded $25K! Only 1,000 $100 tickets will be sold, and the first prize may be used at any one of approximately 500 NHADA member or partner companies or for tuition at a NH state or community college. Each $100 raffle ticket includes two entries into the Reverse Raffle and Silent Auction Party at the Currier Museum of Art on Thursday, Octo- ber 24, and the art galleries will be open. In addition to the top prize of $25,000, there will be numerous other prizes drawn throughout the evening. (While you do not need to be present to win, you do need to RSVP to attend by emailing dkremidas@nhada.com. ) We are still accepting donations for the silent auction, but as of now we have two seats from Fenway Park, grand hotel and resort offer- ings, sports tickets, ski passes, sports memorabilia, restaurants, spas, and more. Before we hear your final answer as to how many tickets to buy, would you like to poll the audience or phone a friend? The level 2 students in Bob Neinhouse’s auto tech classroom in Roch- ester (pictured to the left) didn’t need any lifelines to know that they would each love to be the big winner and get their tuition paid! Last year’s winners from Henry’s Collision Center probably phoned a lot of friends after the fact! They split their money between Souhegan Valley Motorsports to purchase a trailer and partner Bellwether Credit Union to purchase a CD! How would you spend your money? With 500 member and partner companies, the choices are many! To learn more (including terms and conditions), buy tickets, or view the silent auction items, go to nhada.com/raffle.
